michael dobbs
Michael, known around here as “Dobbs,” is the owner of CrossFit Murray. He began his journey with CrossFit in July 2015 and then became owner of CFM in October of 2022. He is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. Dobbs' favorite thing about CrossFit Murray is the community. “There is no way I could perform the way I do today if it weren’t for the community at CrossFit pushing me to be my best each and every day. Even if I am having an ‘off’ day, showing up at the gym makes my day better and I feel so much better afterwards!”
Favorite Movement: Squat Clean

Heather started with CrossFit Murray in 2014 and has become an inspiration to us all. She is currently a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has a personal message to anyone first starting out in CrossFit: "Stick with it. In the beginning, it can be overwhelming. But if you tough it out, it can be a huge source of pride and accomplishment."
Favorite Workout: Annie
Janine Kruger
Janine has been a member of CrossFit Murray since July 2019. She has a background in endurance sports prior to joining CrossFit, and still enjoys running and doing the occasional triathlon. She is a CF-L1 Trainer and is also a NASM-certified nutrition coach, RRCA run coach and RYT-200 yoga instructor. Her favorite thing about CrossFit is how accessible it is for people of all ages and fitness levels. “It’s great how everyone can do the same workout together and have fun!”
